Most projects are completed within five working days once all content has been received.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. You'll own your website and I'll show you how to make simple changes if you'd like to. Monthly Website Care (£35), is also a flexible option and can ensure your content is updated, secure, and running smoothly, while the Growth Package (£65) adds SEO, Google Business Profile updates, and expert advice to help turn more visitors into customers.
Do I have to use your monthly support service?
No. It's entirely optional. Some clients enjoy managing their own website, while others prefer the convenience of having updates taken care of for them.
Do I need to provide all the text?
If you've already written your content, I can format and present it professionally. If you need help with wording, I can also assist with that as an additional service.
Can I use a domain I already own or can you purchase one for me?
Yes, you can use a domain you already own, or I can purchase one for you. The approximate cost for a domain is £15.
How much does the website hosting cost with Wix?
Wix plans vary according to your needs and whether they are offering a sale at the time of purchasing. During our initial consultation I am happy to offer guidance on this, however for budgeting purposes, I would allow £14 per month, or less (annually) if you’d like to pay for a 1 or 2 year hosting package.
